Swiss Chalet
 

Does anyone know what is in the Swiss Chalet sauce? I don't go there often, but if I do go, I try to be careful to order extra veggies rather than a starch, I don't eat the bun and just have the SBD foods - with the exception of the sauce. I do eat that. However, I also notice that my weight is up .2 or .4 pounds the enxt day.

I'm thinking that there is a starch or sugar or something else in the sauce. Does anyone know for sure?

It's probably salt, Peggy. Glug lots of water and flush it out.
I've just emailed the company to get as much nutritional information as possible. I also have a packet of dipping sauce mix and will check out the ingredients.

WOW the salt content is really high. That must be what it is, though. I didn't even think of that since I usually don't react to a high level of salt at all. BUT I will be drinking more water from now on when I go there.
