Today is Monday and I brought the following to work:
bag of lettuce mix
bag of spinach
sf/ff jello 6 pack
large carton of egg beaters
large bag of whole almonds
large bag of sliced almonds
4 pack of yogurt
4 packs of tuna
a can of Pam
This is my breakfast, lunch and snacks for the week.
I also bring in leftovers when I have them, and cottage cheese and berries if I'm on Phase 2 or 3. I also have some olive oil, lemon juice, some wheat bran hot cereal, and a can of lentil soup in the cabinet here at work. Oh, and a box of splenda.
Crud, I just realized that I'm out of dressing and didn't bring any. Looks like olive oil and lemon juice will have to do.
