Welcome Annie, We have the same starting weight. I've been on this since the beginning of July. It's the most livable program I've ever found. My first favourite thing is the lack of counting in this plan. My second favourite thing is that I never feel hungry. My third favourite is that it is forgiving of the odd 'off' day.

Thank you all for the wonderful, warm welcome. I agree with your favs, Heidi. Forth favorite....I love cheese. and yes, this is the first liveable program I have ever found, and not cheating any is amazing. It is easier not to cheat when you are not hungry. Have a marvy weekend! Stay focused.

I guys I just joined today and am unable to find the FAQ section. I am clueless about how all of this works.

Is this like a listserve or is it only a message board?

How do I post etc?

Help!!

I'm not very computer or internet savvy so please explain assuming that I am a computer idiot.

Hi, edie. FAQ is really easy to find. If you scroll all the way down to the bottom of the page, you will see something that says: Forum Jump with a drop down menu under it. Click on the little arrow, and go down until you pass the recipes section, and find SBD Frequently Asked Questions. My computer automatically takes me to that page, but you might have to hit go.

For posting, just go to the bottom of everyone else's posts, and on the left, there is a little sign that says 'Post reply.' And then you type away!

Our moderators might have some instructions to help you.

Hi ladies....Good Morning.

WI went well Saturday I am down another 2.5 for a total of 12. Three weeks on SB has done wonders. Reached my first personal mini-goal of 250, next mini-goal is 225.
