Calling on the SBD angels (re: sf/ff/pudding)
So, I just made it tonight.
SF/FF Chocolate Fudge pudding, and put it into 4 cups..
which have about 1/2 cup milk in each.. so i counted that as one of my dairy allowances.
Now tell me, this is really allowed? it's so freaking good!
But.. is this one of the carbs that I'm slowly adding back in? Or is this something I can have at night to replace the PB cup, but still add in fruit? That part puzzled me. I was planning on starting with 1 piece of fruit a day for a week and seeing what happens. Did I goof?
