PS: whole wheat english muffins.. are those okay for pizza crusts? my mother used to make these great little pizzas on regular ones.

Sure, whole wheat English muffins are just fine once you are on Phase 2. I also use whole wheat pitas for a thin crust pizza.
This website and a private garden one are my only daily websites.

So far just this one and the offical SBD site. I belong to a club in there where everyone has 100 lbs. to lose and they are really supportive too. As for navigation and just general support and information this one is hard to beat. I will have to check out the one you sent though.

I cannot wait to try the ww english muffins, I love them toasted and then melt cheese on top.

I don't visit these very often, but have popped in a few times for a change of scenery, or when the computer seemed to be faster than usual so I could have more windows open at the same time.
