My goal is to maintain my three times a week workout session at Contours Express - does anyone else do this by the way? I'm curious to see if anyone else has had good results.
I also plan to add one wildcard workout per week - either walking or biking or something.
WTG, chickies!!! Okay, I'm late, but I'm in...how's about 45 minutes per day = 1350. Last month I did 30 minutes a day pretty easily. Not off to a good start, but I'm shooting high for this month.

September Weight loss is 3 pounds. 2lbs short of the goal I set.
9/10 45 minutes/2.5 miles walking &
pushing 40lb daughter in stroller
9/11-nada, but the days not over yet
Goal is to walk 45 minutes, atleast three times a week or more.
My knees still bother me, frequently. Still feel stomach pains when I do too much after c-section in June. Those stomach muscles just don't want to come back to work.
9/27/04: 1/4 of a mile on treadmill - 15 minutes. 9/28/04: 9/29/04: 9/30/04:
Only thing I am upset about is that I can't seem to find my walk away the pounds #1 video. I have the #2 and #3, but not sure I will be able to make it through that much with my back still hurting like ****. But, I vow to at least do something, even if it is just walking around my yard (we have one acre)...I know I have to start slow, but hey...it's still a start, right?
Uhm, o.k. somehow I managed to overlook this post! I have been faithfully excercising though. I walk religously ( a minimum of 20 min every day) in between my bus route at work so I still have feeling in my legs at the end of the day and I go to water aerobics on the weekend.
