I set my goal low after doing miserably last month. I am glad to report that I did meet my measly goal of a 3 lb. weight loss. Well, now the kiddies are bts
(back to school) which means now I have more time to exercise, so my Sept. goal may be a whopping four pounds

My weight stayed the same, but I think I managed to stay OP more days than not. It's really tough changing old habits.

Ok I know I have lost 5 but possible 6 I cannot remember my total loss for July! Hey but I am only 1lb away from hitting the under 200 mark!!!

Ok, so I lost 4, then gained two, for a total loss of 2. I don't won a scale, I always weigh myself at my parent's place. However, I am getting a scale this weekend! And that will TOTALLY motivate me!

I failed. Weighed in this morning cause I knew I needed to post. Missed by 2 pounds but overall am down 3.5 for the month. I would have done it too.

Jen, don't say you failed. You haven't failed, you did lose 3.5 lbs last month which is a healthy rate. I have never really been a goal maker before the past few months but I realize that helps keep me on track. If I haven't achieved what I wanted to, I analyze what I did and modify in order to meet my goals.

I didn't meet my goal either. After yo-yo'ing all month, I am only down 2 pounds.
