Laurie, that is a great article. When I was on WW I was intent on the goal that WW set for me - that was 120 pounds. I did actually get down to 125, but it was a struggle and it couldn't be maintained.
This time, I have set the goal for me - at 130 pounds. I know that I feel great at that weight, I am healthy at that weight and it is sustainable for me. Oh, by the way, I also look great at that weight and that is only a by-product.
It is so very important to set your own goals based firstlly and most importantly on your health.
