Hey everyone! This is my introduction... My name is Vickie I am 19 years old and a girlfriend to an amazing soldier
we have been together almost 2 years and a year of that has been spent away from eachother due to military. I have been joined on here a while and just now getting the time to post. I have started a semi south beach diet but today I want to start full throtle south beach. I just got my book and a few things from the grocery store. I would appreciate any advice or tips or just anything thats important for me to know. I really want to get fit and in shape for his homecoming in January. The last time I saw him I was at my HW of 220 so yeah....
By the way for today this is my food plan thingy, please tell me if this is okay to eat?!?! I want to do it right and am open for comments on it!
BF- 2 hard boiled eggs, 1 cup decaf coffee, and liter of water
MidMorn Sn- LF skim cheese stick, and 15 pistachios and water
Lunch- ugg hardest for me! 2 turkey rollups with lettuce and tomato, and a sour pickle slices. (4) and water
MidAf Snack- 15 Pistachios, and a cucumber small one from the garden, water
Dinner- Chicken breast wth side of brocolli and cauliflower, cup of crystal light, and 1 liter of water.
Like I said I am new at all of this including my way around the boards, but I look forward to all the support of you great ladies and getting to know everyone and everything. By the way from the looks of everyones sigs it seems like you all are losing weight and doing great! So keep up the good work!
