Breakfast: Veggie Quiche Cup, 2 slices Turkey Bacon, Tea, Water, Vitamins

Snack: Hummus and Red Pepper

Lunch: Something mexican-ish involing ground turkey, refried beans, salsa and low fat sour cream.

Snack: Same as before.

Dinner: Same as lunch.

I am not too creative. Plus, I am definitely in a Mexican mood. I have a question about guacamole, but will post in Phase 1 side dishes.

Everyone else's days sound yummy. What's a Mongolian BBQ?
