Breakfast: Veggie Quiche Cup, 2 slices Turkey Bacon, Tea, Water, Vitamins

Snack: Hummus and Red Pepper

Lunch: Something mexican-ish involing ground turkey, refried beans, salsa and low fat sour cream.

Snack: Same as before.

Dinner: Same as lunch.

I am not too creative. Plus, I am definitely in a Mexican mood. I have a question about guacamole, but will post in Phase 1 side dishes.

Everyone else's days sound yummy. What's a Mongolian BBQ?

S/C/G: 232/170/150

Height: 5'0" on a tall day

B. 4 triscuits with 2 wedges Laughing Cow, followed by 2 stined wheat thins, coffee
L. veggie dog in a whole wheat roll with Becel, yoghurt
D. gin & diet tonic, pork and cabbage done in the crockpot, sliced tomatoes and cucumbers, melon with ginger "sugar" (Splenda)
Not enough water so far.
Change isn’t easy. But if you don’t change, you stay the same, and where’s the fun in that?

Could have been better...

6am = One egg over-easy w/ a sausage pattie, ff/sf cafe mocha
11am = 15 almonds and a medium apple
1pm = veggie burger w/ american cheese
4pm = tiny bit of peanut butter on Arnold's Amazing Oat Bran Bread
6pm = 1 serving Chef Boyardee ravioli (why am I weak when it comes to this one food product??? made it for daughter b/c she's got a cold and she loves it, but couldn't resist it myself)
9pm = no sugar added fudgesicle

Not enough water today!

Some succeed because they are destined to, but most succeed because they are determined to.
