I guess I'm too impatient to plateau...
When I find that my weight has stalled, or even gone up a bit, I cut back to phase 1 for a few days, or sometimes a week. That seems to kick start weight loss again for me. I have also noticed that when I don't exercise (on the weekends), I don't lose any weight even though I remain OP.
For example, this past weekend we went away. I was very careful to stay OP for the entire weekend, even though we were dining out. I even took my own breakfast foods because the hotel did not have anything OP that I could eat. I stayed the same weight.
