non fat sour cream

    Hi, I can't find this in the book, can we have non fat sour cream in Phase 1 or 2?

    I`m not sure either.............. but i HAVE seen it in phase 1 recipes on this board........ so i`m guessing it is OK.

    Yes. Just be sure to count it as part of your dairy allotment.
