hi everyone. I've tried the SBD before, but only got to the first week in phase 2 because of external circumstances (little brother had to have surgery, little sister got in a bad car accident, within like a month of each other) so emotions were running havoc for awhile and the last thing on my mind was changing my eating habits. so now my summer vacation is coming to an end and its going to be my last year of college and I want to do something for me. For added motivation I got invited to go to Florida in January with my boyfriends family, so I'd like to look half way decent in a bathing suit.
so I figured I'd give SBD another try. It's day 7 for me, and I've lost 5 lbs already.
I've been exercising reguarly and really trying to stick to the plan, although tonight I might go a bit astray because we're having dinner at my grandmothers and she's making german food. Well, thanks for listening and hopefully I'll post more reguarly this time around
