Anyone know of a recipe for sugar free/SBD cake frosting? I'm making a batch of decadent brownies for a birthday, and piping FF Cool Whip stars around the border, but don't know what to do for the "happy birthday" part in the middle. I thought about just using food coloring and more cool whip, but didn't know how that would work out. Any ideas?

You can buy little plastic (silver or gold coloured) Happy Birthday logos here that you just sit on the cake here. Not sure if you have anything like that around but it may be worth looking.

Make up some sf,ff pudding, and add some softened ff or lf cream cheese to it, then gently fold in some ff or lite Cool Whip. It's really good. Have fun!

I think chickonthebeachs idea with the plastic birthday signs are a good idea.
