Default Question about yogurt

Hi! I was wondering what kinds of yogurt most people eat. I wanna try a smoooooothie w/ some fresh berries, but I can't find a suitable yogurt product. The ones I like are not really good for me, but I can't find a good vanilla flavored ff or lf, sf option. I have tried Yoplait Light (or the low carb one, I can't remember which) and Light n Fit and the really low carb one from Dannon and the "Atkins" one, and I don't like them. I thought Stoneyfield Farms made an organic one, but I've yet to find it. Suggestions?

I swear by Stoneyfield Farm ff plain yogurt. Their vanilla flavor is also darn good but I like the plain, so I stick with it. It is usually mixed in with the other Stoneyfield flavors rather than being grouped with all the plain yogurts at the grocery store. So it took me some hunting to find it.

Good luck!!

The Blue Bunny one is good. I was using the Light N' Fit Carb Control, mostly because they had a vanilla, and they came in 4oz tubs, but after reading the ingredients, I switched to Stoneyfield Farms Organic Plain Lowfat.

Jen, doesn't the vanilla have sugar in it?

Thanks, ladies! Tomorrow I'm swinging by Wegman's and they have an awesome organic/natural foods section. Maybe I can find Stoneyfield or Blue Bunny there.

I love that store, but I've got to limit my trips to once a month or I'd spend a fortune! The first time I was there I wandered around for hours. I love their international and organic food sections. They always have what I want...it just takes a while and it's always crowded.
