Question What's for dinner tonight ladies?

As I stand here whipping up a batch of spicy crockpot chili, I was wondering what everyone else will be having this evening...

I had steak with mixed salad leaves and tomato, and mixed vegetables (I'm on phase 1) with orange sugar free jelly for dessert (I'm addicted!)

Default dinner

We're having some dear old friends from Arizona over for a barbeque. I'll be doing grilled hamburgers, potato salad, fruit salad and nachos. I'll be having grilled chicken breast and fruit.

Leftovers - Roasted chicken (breast, no skin) and vege bake left over from last nights dinner. I'm working late tonight so want to heat and eat the moment I walk in the door.

Salmon strata - salmon filets layered with zucchini, onion, dried tomato and topped with a bit of cheese. Green beans. Tomatoes with pesto. Fresh raspberries.
(Don't be too impressed by the salmon. It was premade at A&P and, for once, didn't cost me $8 for two pieces!) I am adding a rosemary potato bread to this for Harry.
