New to SBD! Where to begin?

Hi! I've done a bit of reading on the SBD and it looks like a great way for me to break my addiction to carbs, but in a healthy manner. I'm also a vegetarian so this adds a little more to the mix.

Any tips on where I should start in this forum?

You'll find lots of good info in the stickies in the FAQ forum for SBD. There are also great recipes. Check out the Vegetarian forum at Alternachicks for good veggie recipes, but you'll find that many in SBD are veggie-friendly. I think you'll love SBD!
