I just wanted to introduce myself and say that this looks like a wonderful website so far. A bit about myself: I am a busy college student, currently in my fourth year (I will graduate in December). A few weeks ago, I looked at the scale and realized that I have gained a whopping 30lbs since my freshman year. I'm not even sure when it crept up on me, but I suspect that many nights of beer and pizza with roommates and stress induced eating are to blame
Every imaginable health problem runs in my family, and I don't want to carry this unhealthy lifestyle and extra weight along with me into the next phase of my life. Both of my parents have lost about 25 lbs on this diet and have kept it off easily. With that in mind, I hope that it will work just as well for me. I look forward to losing the weight and getting to know you all.
