LC Hope today was better! We just can't "hang" like we used to, huh??
Good day here- we are just about packed and set to go. We went to Chili's tonight- stayed OP with dinner- Chicken Fajitas with mushrooms and cheese served over veggies. I salivated over every chip DD and DH ate, but didn't eat ONE! I did have 2 big Miller Lites though and know that isn't SBD approved.
I will check in tomorrow morning, but won't be online until the 11th. I bought a small notebook that will fit inside my purse and plan to exercise and journal-without expecting perfection. My goal for the next 8 days is to maintain, and then I will hit it hard when I get back.
