Hi, I picked up the book last week and I think I understand how it works. My weight has gone up and down over the years. Have done WW but, I always seem to put it back on. I am ready to start losing. I hope I can get some advice and support.
I'm just on my 4th day, so pretty new too. Too soon to tell if it's working and this is my first time on this type of diet so I'm anxious to see what my first 2 weeks does.
There is sooooo much to read here...I feel like I'm constantly here reading. The people are pretty friendly too Seems like there is always someone to answer a question.
I'm sure you'll find what you are looking for here. Have you read the book? It's great and essential to success with this way of eating, IMHO. Check out the faq and the stickies in all three SBD forums for tons of info...there is a lot of reading, Coolflowers!

Welcome!! I just laid down my towel on the beach yesterday. Been doing SBD since January, but needed a new and fresh start. It looks like a great support group here.
