Starting Phase II on Tuesday and wondering when it is better to eat fruit, in the morning or afternoon? I could have swore it was in the book, but can't find the info when you need it . Thanks in advance and have a great SB day.
The book recommends to not eat it in the morning, although the sample menus often have fruit for breakfast. Page 42 of the book states, "At this stage we advise patients not to have fruit with breakfast, however. Sometimes it will cause a bigger jolt of insulin if it's eaten first thing in the day, triggering cravings for more."
