You guys were suggesting last week that I was stalled and tired because I was 4 weeks on Phase I. I have new question. It has been said that in Phs2 we should add good carbs back slowly and back off if the loss slows or stops. Well if I am stalled anyway how does that work? My scales are NOT MOVING.
Short One, we need some more information here. How much did you lose on Phase I? How much do you have left to lose? You may have posted this info elsewhere but it would be good to have it all in one spot.
Please tell exactly what you eat in a day - or even two. That means exact quantities.
Maybe some of the chickies will spot something amiss.
