Hey there ladies!
I have been kinda sorta off the beach since like friday. I turned thirty last Friday and I decided to eat what i wanted. Heres the funny thing though i still ate fairly good except the onion rings and chicken strips a couple times oh and i had a monte cristo sandwich..lol. but i still worked out( mostly out of guilt...lol) and i started to get depressed thinking i blew all my hard work i cant stick to anything. Then i got on the scale this morning to see the damages i did and to my suprise i lost another 3lbs...lol. Yeah!! But i got to thinking that good thing i decided to stay on program because i did have thoughts this weekend of just giving it up. I am by no means advocating cheating. But i am here as living proof to say that it is not the end of the world if you do cheat the important thing is to keep on going once you mess up and everything will be fine. Dont feel bad a bout it just move on. Any way I am on my way to work just wanted to stop in and vent...lol.

That is so funny melissa.Same thing happened to me.June 10th was my 30th b-day.So all that week was sorta my birthday week(Any excuse to eat what i want.LOL)So needless to say i ate all unallowed foods and skimped on working out.And i wass so depresses i could of sweared i gained all 12 pounds that i lost back.But when i stepped on the scale.Did not gain a thing..Yippeee I was so excited...

That's fantastic! It's one of my favorite things about the SBD, you can still live your normal life.
