I just re-joined this site and am on Day one of Phase 1, so far so good, I'm psyched to get the weight off.
I am 35 as of last week, stay at home with my 3 kids, homeschool and run a very small business ( barely enough profit to even say it exists).
I have been overweight FOREVER, although I'd give anything to be the size I was 15 yrs ago.
I have a wonderfully supportive husband who loves me no matter what, but he's very happy to see me begin a healthier eating plan so I know he wouldn't mind to see me at 160 pounds.
For exercise I use a treadmill, I ordered a Bun and THigh Roller, but it's backordered so I have no idea when it will arrive, I was hoping to get it last month so I could confidently wear shorts.
My goal with Phase One is to lose 10 lbs.
