I'm new to South Beach and I'm new to dieting in general. I'm mostly trying to lose my tummy for the summer (who isn't?).
I'm 23, soon to be 24. I've been married for 9 months. My husband has had a bad influence on my eating habits. Can I blame it all on him?
I'm here mostly to find out what not to eat. I like South Beach because it's a lifestyle (and I really don't want to gain the weight back) and it doesn't seem that restrictive after phase one.
