I'm just reading today since I went OP yesterday. Hubby went on a business trip and that's one of the reasons I'm in the shape I'm in. When he goes, I refuel with loads of food. Always have for thirty plus years and this is what I have to overcome.
I'm getting there, slowly, but surely.
