I was here before when I bought the SB book about a year ago or so when it first came out... I didnt finish reading it and set it aside.. well Its out again.. and I need to do this this time... So here I am... I have been reading the posts lately and thought Id jump back into the water and see how it feels! .. Hoping to lose the 60 pounds for good since my son was born 19 years ago!! Hope to get to know all of you ... Nik

thanks for fixing my font and color.. i think i got it now ... duh lol... and oops silly me. i used NIK.. well u can call me that but its Noel.. On other msg boards i never use my real name , but i dont think i need to do that here !

Hi Noel... welcome... everyone here has been so nice to me since joining...

I was looking through the cookbook last night and I highly recommend it. It talks about cleaning out your cupboards and what sort of things you should have... Not to mention that it's nice to have all those extra recipes!
