Ruth, if you're a turtle, I'm a snail on valium.
You'd think that with 60 pounds to lose, I'd be dropping at least 2 pounds a week, but I'm lucky to lose that much in a month.
I exercise 45 minutes a day (weights and aerobics) 5 days a week, eat to plan with only the occasional slip up. And as of 2 weeks ago, I've been making sure I get my 4 cups of veggies in. And I drink as much water as I can. I don't always get in the requisite 80 oz...but I try.
It's EXTREMELY frustrating for me. Only a total of about 10 pounds in the last year.

I'm beginning to think there's something wrong, metabolically, so on Friday, it's to the doc's to discuss things.
