daisyflower,beachgal and firechief you need to post each day what you exercise minutes are then at the end of the month we see who has the most minutes to winner the title of Exercise Queen.
oops i had forgotten to update, didn't really know how it worked actually but i'd say i have about 180 minutes per week in may! but my goal is 200 of cardio per week for june.
June 1st- 60 minutes of whatever
June 2nd- 50 minutes of whatever
etc
this makes it easier for me. Ellis will post this in a sticky at the top. Then you will just need to edit each day. Any more questions just ask.
