Default Introducing myself!

Hello!

I am new to the South Beach Diet, but certainly not new to dieting! I have been doing WW off and on since I had my daughter 2 1/2 years ago. While my baby weight is gone, I feel like I am stalling and losing motivation with WW. I think it is a fantastic plan, but decided to work with the SBD. I am finishing up week 1 of Phase 1 and am amazed by the fact that I haven't cheated once!

I am very pumped, because my summer vacation has just started (I teach 5th grade) and am going to have lots of time to dedicate myself to reincorporating exercise into my routine. My husband is doing SB with me, and of course he has already lost 8 pounds!! I think my loss is 3 or 4 so far, I just bought a new scale, so don't have a starting weight.

Question- is that Peanut Butter Cup recipe really Phase 1?? I had it last night and felt like I had died and gone to heaven!!

Welcome! I am starting today. However, I am trying to combine with Weight Watchers. Haven't worked out the details yet.

Welcome Kiko! You have done really well so far, great job. My bf has lost 10lbs from just eating the suppers I cook. He still eats donuts and coffee with real sugar and fast food for lunch!! I just take in stride! I haven't had the peanut butter cup yet but if it is that heavenly, I will have to try it for sure. Again, welcome to the forum and good luck!! SBD is great
