i saw cool whip free mentioned in the PB cup recipe for phase 1, but Im confused, because even Cool Whip free seems to contain corn syrup and sugar....?
can someone clarify for me (as I am dying to eat a PB cup recipe!).

Amy, I have had this confusion as well. It appears that Dr. A means us to use Cool Whip Free (which has sugar but no fat) interchangeably with whipping cream and sugar substitute (which has fat but no sugar). I guess it is your call which you want to play with. I am more afraid of sugar, so I picked up some heavy cream and will mix it up with some Splenda and see what happens.
