Noooo SBD doesnt keep track of points that is exclusively WW. I believe I've read somewhere not to combine diet plans cuz each of them are designed a bit differently. I have a friend in the support groups thread that recently reached her goal on ww by counting points. I love sbd because it is basically a no brainer once you read the book and know what you can and can't have! You don't have to count anything and personally I have always felt very fufilled since I've switched to this new way of eating! I wish you luck
