Going to the beach today!

I'm starting SBD today. I did WW two years ago and lost 40 pounds. I kept it off for a little over a year, then I got married and gained 39 back. I'm excited about SBD, I'll get to eat better than I ever did!

I'm glad there's a forum here for advice. I'll need plenty of it, I'm sure!
