Just started SBD on Sunday. So far, so good
I have about 90 lbs to lose. I've done WW in the past & actually had lost a lot of weight. That was in 1992, but of course I gained it back
. Since then I've joined & rejoined but have never had the success that I did when I first did it.
I chose SB b/c I've seen how well it works. My mom actually started Labor Day weekend 2003. She lost 15 lbs & still is maintaining it. All her bloodwork has improved & she has control of her diabetes (sp). Right now she is teetering with Phase 2 & 3 only b/c she doesn't know if she wants to lose anymore (she's within a normal range now).
Now it's my turn & can't wait to see some positive results from my new way of eating. I look forward to meeting & learning from everyone.
