Thumbs up Got my blood test results back today!

First, let me preface the results with the reminder that I used to be a totally out-of-control carboholic.

The last time I went to the doctor was 2 1/2 years ago and at that time glucose was detected in my urine! I haven't seen a doctor since and I have been walking around feeling like a stinkin' time bomb.

A couple weeks ago, I got up enough nerve to get a complete blood test.

And the results are
Everything is completely & utterly w/in normal parameters!

Whoo hoo!!

My glucose was 86, HDL & LDL were great! Everything!!

So, besides the 35 lbs. that I have lost on this diet (new lifestyle), I have regained my health! Not just a little, but big-time!

Celebrate w/ me!! We all have taken control of our lives! Even when we get discouraged because we aren't losing as fast as we want, we need to remember the great thing we are doing for ourselves and our families.

Each one of you on here inspire me because you (we) are living proof that this works!

That's wonderful news! What a blessing...
