Thanks for all your wonderful support. I'm leaving the beach. I may be back, but I have to pursue another path for awhile. Now that the beach has kickstarted my weight loss, I've regained an interest in my running, and through vigorous training my weight's now again on a downward slope (back to 151 this am) while eating carbs, and this path is easier for me. It is difficult to train hard while on the beach. If my weight stalls again you may find me back on the boards sweatin' through phase one again!!!
