I think I've asked that in one form or another, but I'm curious. When are you scheduled to make your goal weight?
This helps me, especially when I see some dumb ad on TV for "melt fat off your thighs overnight by eating everything you want until you throw up pill"
I know that this is a process and it isn't going to happen overnight and I can't take a pill to make it happen while I have my favorite candybar in my mouth.
July 4th weekend. It's a date in my planner. I'm "scheduled" to BE there. Where I want to be. I'm imagining going to the 4th of July parade in a size of pants I haven't seen for eons................
