Angry Need Help To Get Back on Track!!!!!!

Need some words of wisdom, moral support, kick-start to get myself back on track.

Have been slacking off miserably during the past week, especially yesterday (highly stressful day at the office).

I am trying to get back OP today!

I know this situation is not unusual, but it always feels better to vent.

Thanks for listening/reading.

From one Jo to another..... Be kind to yourself. You've slipped a little; this does not mean that you are a bad person, just human. Take yourself in hand and resolve to make the rest of the day OP.

What's your favorite OP dish to have for dinner? Make it! Have your favorite snack this afternoon. Try to sit and relax for awhile and think about your goal for this summer. You can do this!! Jo(no jam)LOL

Try working out when you feel stressed instead of having the food you shouldn't. That seems to work for me.

Hey jojams...the good news is that when you go off plan you can always go back on!

Don't beat yourself up over a slip...make yourself a cup of tea, sit down and think about your goals, plan some meals for the week and recommit yourself to you!
