Hello everyone!

I bought the cookbook this afternoon at Chapters but haven't had a proper read through it yet.

Has anyone else bought it and if so what do you think of it?

I don't think I'm going to buy it cause I really didn't like many of the recipes in the original book.......I find myself making more of the recipes from here instead

I am glad I bought it! It is a large hardcover, has pictures, breaks down the diet a bit more and gives advice for grocery shopping.

The recipes sound delicious and most of them are doable for me except for some of the fish ones...DH does not like fish at all and the fish in the recipes are too costly in my area. I will probably stick to my fillet of sole baked in tinfoil with some herbs and lemon juice.

I can't wait to start test driving the recipes....

....and next time I come over I will lend it to you ellis...
