How many carbs do ya'll eat a day? And I don't mean on phase 1.
I was on Atkins for awhile and my hair started falling out which can be a side affect for a few. So I don't want to go too low carb.
That's the beauty of this diet. You don't have to count carbs. Just focus on eating good, whole grain carbs. Lots of lean meats, lots of veggies, and just enough carbs thrown in to keep everything working.
I use fitday to track most of the time. I am on Phase II and not losing at the moment but have stabilized my blood glucose levels. Most days I have about 100 carbs or a bit more but I make sure they are good carbs. We really don't need to do this but calories do count. Have you any idea as to why you lost hair on Atkins?
