Default i fell..

off the wagon that is. i hate myself for it. every single time we go out to eat at this place called logan's (steakhouse) i end up cheating. and i was doing so good to. back on again tomorrow though. hope i haven't gained too much. plus dot is going to be coming soon enough. bleh.

anyone want to suggest a thinking pattern for the next time i go out to eat? haha because i obviously cannot do it on my own.

Never mind, we all slip up from time to time.

These are some tips from me.

Try to avoid eating out in the first couple of weeks while you are on a limiting diet.
Find some restaurants you could go to that offer healthier choices.
Preplan your order and stick to it.
Ask your companion to help you stick to your plan.
Drink loads of water.
Don't order desert - have a latte or cappacino instead while others are eating deserts.

Eventually you will be down to your goal weight and looking to maintain this weight so you need to figure out how to eat to maintain a healthy weight. It is pretty normal to slip up from time to time but we all got there from doing this repeatedly. Like the saying goes 'everything in moderation'.

I love Logan's and have eaten there several times while on SBD and have stayed OP. Although the last time I went I did eat one pc of bread. I made up my mind before I went that I was goin to have one pc and one pc only. That is my biggest temptation when I go there. Maybe try making up in your mind what you will have before you go and stick to it. If you do "cheat" forgive and forget and get back on track.
