Pull up a chair next to me! My DH and I started the diet Jan.26, and he's lost 35lbs.(cheats alot!) and I've lost 31lbs. so far. I"ve had a few weekends when I've cheated a little, but then go back to Phase 1 and lose it in a day or two. I aim to be at my goal of 130lbs. by June 1, and I'm pretty sure I can do it.
You've come to the right place to start your diet. There's so much help and encouragement here, and LOTS OF LAUGHS!!! I try to check in several times a day to get the encouragement I need to keep going.
