I hate to be so "scale-happy" and weighing myself so much, but I'm so used to my scale creeping up on most diets by this point that I feel compelled to keep weighing and posting it.
I'm now starting week four and last week I lost 1.5 pounds. It feels like I've lost muscle to me, because I've had NO time to exercise for about 5-6 days, so I'm not really as pleased as I'd normally be. Still, I'm happy to be losing. On my signature, I've posted "PW" as "progress weight." I want people to see my ongoing progress and where I am today, I think my weight loss is typical for this WOE.
