After a very good OP weekend, I have lost 1 and a half of the 2 I had gained last week...so going in the right direction once again.

Good morning everyone,
I am down 4 pounds this week. I weighed in and then moved my scale (the kids keep playing with it ). I like the new spot it shows me down a couple more pounds. I used the first number to weigh in today and will use the second number as my start for this next week.
Well I am down 4 pounds for the week. I weighed on Friday and it said 5, but I missed some meals over the weekend and I think it messed up the rhythm. So today I am down 4. Puts me right at 230 so on to the 20's!!!!!
I'm still trying to figure out what I'm doing wrong. I shouldn't complain because I lost 3.5 last week, but today I'm up 2. Brother!!!!!
I still think I'm not eating enough. By the time I get to stop and eat, I'm famished. I'm eating things that are on program, but it's almost like eating breakfast and lunch in the same sitting. I'm sure that can't be good. I have cut out the carbs and am doing phase 1. Just trying to kick start this metabolism. As of Saturday I was down 30 pounds, but now it's just 28.....If I look at the big picture I'm not too dang unhappy about it. In fact I found some jeans in my closet that had been put away for about 10 years. They may have been out of style, but I wore them to a meeting at the hospital. Felt great!!!
