I'm very fortunate!! I'm able to hit the gym everyday, I just have to do it! Also, my husband is very supportive and usually works out w/ me. Honestly, the more I get into different exercises, the better I feel and the more I want to do it. When I first started exercising period (walking around my block once was all I could do), I did not like it at all. I just knew I needed to do it. But now I look forward to doing some sort of exercise. So I encourage you to try different things and find something you really like. We tried Raquetball for the first time yesterday and I really liked it!! (Wow, what a workout too. Running around chasing that darn ball!)
And now I'm excited, thinking of trying tennis this summer! I also heard that if you do something for 21 days it becomes a habit.
Congrats to everyone!! (A year ago, I was the biggest "computer potato" there was! Instead of laying around on the couch all the time, I just sat in front of my comp, lol. So if I can do it, anyone can!)
Sorry for rambling but never in my life would I think I'd actually enjoy exercising!
