March Into March Exercise Challenge
 
The winner of the :queen: for Feb goes to Gavinsmom. Congrats girl. Now let us March into March and get our butts moving as the a new :queen: will be awarded to the winner. March 2- 40 minutes treadmill ( 3 minutes running )
March 3- 55 minutes treadmill ( 4 minutes running)
March 4-120 minutes skiing
March 5- too sore to exercise today
March 6- 90 minutes of dancing
41 minutes on the treadmill (had to get the 2 miles in a little slower
pace tonight though)
March 7- 40 minutes treadmill
March 8- rest
March9- 40 minutes treadmill
March 10-
March 11-50 minutes treadmill
March 12-
March 13-90 minutes dancing
March 14- 120 minutes dancing.

I have a problem with exercising very inconsistently. I hope this helps me work out more regularly. :dizzy:

March 1~4 hours of walking, raking, digging,amending soil and stooping.

Hi guys, o.k. here's my exersize:

03/01: 85 mins (pilates,bellydancing & walking the doggies)
03/02: 35 mins (stability ball workout)
03/03: 80 mins (4 miles WATP tape, pilates)
03/04: 110 mins (4 miles WATP tape, stability ball wkt, walked dogs)
03/05: 30 mins (walking the doggies)
03/06: nada
03/07: 30 mins (2 miles WATP tape)
03/08: 50 mins (3 miles walking around track) :dizzy:
03/09: very sore calf, rest day
03/10: still bothering me, another rest day for my calf
03/11: 30 mins (walking the doggies)

March Total: 450 mins!! :rofl:

3/2: 60 minutes strength training (weights/machines/abs) + 60 minutes elliptical
3/3: 35 min running + 90 minutes yoga
3/4: 45 min step video + 45 min toning and abs + 90 min volleyball
3/5: none
3/6: 30 minutes aerobic + tone DVD + 15 minutes arms/legs/abs
3/7: 95 minutes running
3/8 (Mon): 40 minutes Power Yoga + 20 minutes abs :o
3/9: 60 minutes strength training + 50 minutes running
3/10: 60 minutes of fumfering through a new step DVD :dizzy:
3/11: 40 minutes of step DVD from yesterday (I think I get most of it!) + 60 minutes volleyball
3/12: 45 minute run + 20 minutes Abs + 50 minutes step - I got it! :)
3/13: 85 minute run + 20 minutes Abs
3/14: "resting"
3/15 (Mon): 50 minute run + 60 minute step/tone class :cool:

Good idea!: March total (if I added correctly) = 2615 minutes :dancer:

This is really helping me fight that urge to skip the workout...and I highly recommend getting workout videos or DVDs - I find that when I just can't face the trek to the gym or a run in the cold - I'm almost always able to pop one in and get going.

I'm in! I need to get started so this should help me get moving!

March 1 - 5 hours raking, stooping, lifting... yard work - I do have blisters from raking so much :yikes:
March 2: light house work/laundry 1 hr.
March 5: painting walls in house, cleaning windows - 2 hrs
March 7 - yard work, digging; planting, laundry, cleaning - 8 hrs!
March 8 - rest

I'm in. I figured out that the weight only drops off when I exercise lots and drink lots of water.
