Just checking in quickly before jumping in the shower and off to work (I want to retire!!!!!).
Managed to stay the same, which is a miracle considering the vino consumed this weekend!
Good luck to all this week. Have a great one!

Good Morning ladies! Congrats Ruth Well, I didn't make it to my goal of under 220 for today, but I did go down a pound to 222. I am not surprised beacause of the amount of cheesecake I consumed this weekend and yesterday my dh really really wanted Chipotle. And I hadn't eaten there in a long time. Plus, it was leap day. The day doesn't really even exist so why can't I eat whatever I want.....well, the logic worked at the time!

Good Morning. I successfully completed week 2 of Phase II! I only lost 1lb. since last Monday's weigh in but I attribute that to TOM! I'm hoping to see big results next week. So far I'm having no problems staying OP! It's actually quite surprising.
Have a great day everyone. Congrats to all the losers!

Welcome to Onederland Ruth
Congrats to all the losers this week.
For me, during the week I went up a few pounds but did manage to lose them by this morning. So I'm still the same, which is OK with me (for now). I really need to work on exercise and drinking enough water.

Good Afternoon Everyone
I haven't lost anymore weight - just seem to stay the same for the time being.
Congrats to all of you! You all have done so well! :
Well, I got my exercise & 64oz of water (sometimes more) in the last few days. The hubby has been off work and so I wasn't able to get to my Curves (we begin our days together way too early & I don't do Curves at night).
So here was my schedule last week:
Thursday: Elliptical - 4.6mi in 30 min ~ Friday: Elliptical - 4.5mi in 31min ~ Saturday: Elliptical - 4.4mi in 30min ~ Sunday: Rested ~ TODAY: 4.5mi in 31min so proud of myself in that I have been consistent - which is something I really do need to work on and have been trying so hard.
Tomorrow is my Curves Workout Morning & now that Joe is back to work I am back on schedule
I have also been following Michael Thurmond's exercise program (he's the trainer from the extreme makeover shows) and never felt better! I eat every 2-3 hours (following the SBD Phase II) with Thurmond's schedule of eating --- Schedule is: 6:30 / 8:30 / 10:00 / Noon / 3:00 / 6:00 / 7:00 - fresh fruit for dessert and 30-40min. of exercise each day but Sunday.

Our weather here has been such a boost for the emotions!!! It has been wonderful to see the sunshine and feel the temps of 61* yesterday! Today... rain, but at least it's not snowing "Come on Spring!"
You all have a wonderful OP day!!!
