Morning gang I guess I am the first to post for this weeks weigh in. I stayed the same AGAIN I really want to lose 6 pounds in the next two weeks so I can get in the next set of numbers
Little Chick~~Don't forget that staying the same is SO much better than gaining. Hang in there, it will happen.
I am down 2 pounds this Monday. I'm OK with that because I have not been 100% this past week.
I will try to be good the next few days but starting Wednesday (Ash Wednesday) I will be re-starting Phase 1 for Lent. I will stay 100% for the entire 40 days without cheating.
235, which is still 5 pounds down, but also 5 pounds back up. Thanks a lot, TOM, (oh, yes, and popcorn, crescent dough pinwheels, chinese food, and 2 donuts... yikes)
i am at 249 today. thats another 3 so 7 total since i started sbd. supposed to start phase 2 today but i think i'll put it off for a few more days. hang in there little chick!! congrats 2bfit and crystalcaity. i hate it when mother nature gets in the way of our progress.

Thanks Ruth for making me think I was crazy! I was postin my weight and then when it came up it was last weeks and I'm thinkin well I know the new ones were posted with last weeks and thought ok maybe I goofed so I deleted it and looked and saw you had moved it! tee-hee Thanks for the move though!
Now for my loss which is 3 lbs this week. Very happy since I have maintained for the past 2 weeks. Which brings my total to 9 lbs in 5 weeks. Cograts to the other losers and to the ones who stay the same or have a lil gain Stay in it!

Well, after weighing this morning things starting kicking in (read: water loss). So I got on the scale again and I am actually down 3 pounds for the week and I want to claim them
Although I'm sorry that some of you are hitting plateaus I am really glad to hear that I'm not the only one. I had maintained for the last two weeks (yes this is a good thing) and finally this week I am down 1.5 pounds. Overall - yipee!!!
