I just switched from Atkins to SBD starting this past Monday. I think is pretty much the same foods allowed in Phase 1 on both diets, except for some fatty meat cuts and also no pork rinds on sbd. Are there any other differences? Is weight loss pace slower than in the Atkins plan? what else should I know? It's my 4th day on it, hopefully I'm losing weight again after a whole week's binge...
lol oh well it was fun...but bad..very bad...gained about 1.5 kgs. That's a lot.
